About us
Justin B. Morgan is a proactive advocate who fearlessly leads clients to their best outcomes. He has represented clients of all backgrounds, from individuals to international businesses, on various legal matters with a passion for problem resolution. Justin approaches each legal challenge with a desire to understand his client's specific needs so he can provide candid and practical resolution strategies. Justin's practice has focused on real estate, business/commercial litigation, landlord/tenant, bankruptcy, and probate.
Our firm does not subscribe to being a lawyer for only Plaintiffs or only Defendants. We advocate for the wronged person who needs help making it right. We will do that.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Justin initially pursued a career in broadcasting and then later Public Relations. He graduated magna cum laude from Central Michigan University in 2005 with a degree in Public Relations and graduated magna cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2012. He graduated in the top ten percent of his graduating class. Later Justin joined a small law firm in Seattle practicing probate and real estate law and handling all aspects of cases. Then he moved to a large Detroit, Michigan corporate firm representing business in commercial litigation. After many years, Justin realized that his true passion is representing small business owners and individuals who deserve the protection of their legal rights.
